Now, TMZ have claimed that Joyce believes Chris has fallen in with the wrong crowd.

The site reports that his mother showed up to a 'family session' and was urging Christ to stay for extended treatment.

Chris's lawyers will ask a judge Friday to let Brown skip a Monday status conference in D.C. Superior Court.

She explained about the off statement: 'I'm so sorry that the tweet I sent yesterday was misunderstood. What I meant to say is that Chris has always been inspired by Michael Jackson's music and his career.'
And later tweeted, 'I'm sorry I offended anyone. The statement meant Chris would carry on Michaels [sic] legacy.'
